The Spring is coming to Mallorca

Between January and February, coinciding with the flowering of the almond trees, the island of Mallorca takes on a spectacular beauty. The flowering almond trees, with their different pink and white shades, are particularly attractive to photographers, painters and to all lovers of nature in general.

The main area of almond production on Mallorca is in the central-west. (15 minutes driving from Ca´s Sant) This area, due to its microclimate is the most productive of Mallorca. The South West also deserves special mention (1 hour driving from Ca´s Sant). Nevertheless, there are almond trees all over the island.

At this time of the year, start also the best time to make excursions in the surroundings of Soller, the temperatures during the day are mild and you could also find water on the torrents.
